The Flatbox USA Office Unit is a portable steel office with a fully enclosed, finished workspace. It’s built for teams that need a professional on-site office without the cost or permanence of traditional construction. Every Office Unit includes:

• 50mm insulated panels

• A smooth, finished interior wall surface

• Two operable double-paned aluminum windows with interior locks

• Vinyl flooring over a marine-grade subfloor with black rubberized coating

• Forklift pockets for relocation

It comes in three sizes:

• 10' — a compact, single-person office

• 13' — a mid-size option with more room for desks and storage

• 19' — our largest, sized for multi-person teams

Our most compact office, at 10' × 7.5'. It’s a finished, insulated workspace for a single person or a small station, such as a security booth, gate office, or job site check-in point.

13' Office Unit — Room to Grow
At 13' × 7.5', the 13' gives teams more room for desks, storage, and personnel than the compact model, without the footprint or cost of the largest unit. It’s a practical middle option for project management teams and field offices.

19' Office Unit — Multi-Person Team Office
Our largest office, at 19' × 7.5', with room for several workstations at once. It’s built for larger crews, dispatch centers, and administrative teams that use the space every day. Because of its size, we recommend buying this unit pre-assembled.

Each Office Unit has two operable double-paned aluminum windows with interior locks. They provide natural light and airflow, while interior locks offer additional security.

What flooring comes with the Office Units?
Every office unit comes standard with vinyl flooring over a marine-grade subfloor with black rubberized coating. An aluminum diamond plate top is also available.

Do Office Units come with electrical?
Electrical isn’t included as standard. You can add a pre-wired electrical kit as an upgrade.

Can I add air conditioning?
Yes. AC unit options are available as an upgrade for all office sizes.

How long does assembly take?
The 10' takes about 2–4 hours with 2–4 people, and the 13' takes about 3–4 hours with 2–4 people. All assembly times are estimated and may vary. Because of its size, we recommend buying the 19' pre-assembled. Assembly service is available in select areas.

Can Office Units be relocated?
Yes. Every Office Unit has forklift pockets, to help facilitate relocation using suitable equipment. Follow the manufacturer's handling and transport instructions.
